Shipping policy
Please note that some products are shipped in packaging that shows the product.
Orders are shipped from Monday - Fridays, excluding public holidays. Deliveries may arrive on Saturdays or Sundays. You will be able to track delivery using the tracking number and change dates depending on the courier service.
We will send you the tracking reference via email once your order has been booked for shipping. Once an order is booked for shipping it is not collected by the courier from the warehouse until the following working day.
Most services are 48hrs from collection (from us). Where we need to use an alternative courier or if there are public holidays in between, the delivery service may take a little longer. Please allow for this when ordering for a specific date/event.
Keep checking the tracking reference for updates. Any issues with deliveries i.e. missing, attempted delivery but not carded. Please contact us sales@sensoryplaypalace.co.uk
Northern Ireland
Due to costs of shipping to NI we can only provide free shipping where the costs of goods sold are £99 or above.
Shopify does not distinguish between locations within the UK and therefore this information does not show at checkout. Please contact us for a shipping quote prior to ordering.
Ireland
We are only able to ship to the UK, however some customers located in Ireland have purchased from us using Address Pal. We are not affiliated with Address Pal but this gives a UK address for us to ship to and then sends your items onto you in Ireland. The customer is responsible for creation, management and payment of their Address Pal account.
