Returns and refund policy.
Please ensure you retain your packaging until you are completely happy with your purchase as we can only collect items for return that are in original packaging.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it by emailing sales@sensoryplaypalace.co.uk.
Please ensure that you include your order number, name and address in your email. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
A refund for the cancelled orders will be issued within 14 days of the goods being received back into our warehouse. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and not damaged. If damaged please see Returns for faulty items.
Returns for faulty items
Please inform us immediately if you notice any damage or fault with a product. Please note that if you change your mind or if your child does not like the product you must follow the cancellation policy. We are here to help, if you have any questions about suitability of a product for your child please contact us before ordering.
When informing us of a fault please email sales@sensoryplaypalace.co.uk with your name, address and order number. Please provide a description and photograph/s of the fault so we can investigate. We will make arrangements to replace the product. If it is not possible to issue a replacement then a refund will be issued. Refunds will only be issued if the fault issue has been raised with us within 30 days of receiving the product and the replacement product is either faulty or unavailable.
Fault issues raised 30 days after receipt will be subject to review and replacement only.
