Frequently Asked Questions
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most services are 48hrs from collection (from us) and we ship out Monday to Friday. If an order is placed at the weekend, it is processed on Monday and collected by the courier the next working day. Further details about our shipping policy can be found here.
How will I know when my order will arrive?
Keep an eye on your emails. Once your order is processed we add a tracking number. You will receive an email with your tracking number and the link. Make sure to check your spam folder.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
Unfortunately not at this time.
Do you sell replacement Trampoline Board Feet?
No, sorry. If you have an issue or fault with a product please contact us quoting your order reference number.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. We accept purchase orders from schools, businesses and charities.
Please note, that as a small business we do not yet reach VAT threshold and cannot issue VAT invoices. Invoices exclude VAT. Please check with your organisations finance team prior to placing an order.
